At the end of each work week based on the agreed upon hourly wage and reimbursement for materials with no retail markup. A formal invoice with be provided for all work and proof of payment can be provided upon request.

Between $50-75 per hour per person depending on the type of work to be completed. We will discuss and agree upon a rate before the project begins.

Any type of project that requires creative thinking and allows us to make something truly unique to suit your needs.

On a case-by-case basis. It will depend on the location of the existing plumbing, the foundation, floor or ceiling clearance and city requirements.

Yes. I do basic electrical like swapping outlets for GFCI, moving and adding outlets to accommodate furniture and fixture placement, moving and adding switches, converting standard switches to dimmers, adding j-boxes for new overhead lighting, and other tasks that do not require permitting or a licensed electrician.

I will connect you with Livi to discuss your needs and design style. She and I will create floor plan options that work within your space. After floor plan approval, Livi will work with you to provide quality material options that are in your budget and make you swoon. Design and space planning services are billed at an agreed upon hourly rate.

I will not do structural and foundation work where a licensed engineer is required. I will work with and provide and engineer if one is required and complete the project once the structural work is finished.
